ADDRESSED / SOLVED IN CLOSE FUTURE

The RAFA webcast will be organised with the aim to enable not only to the RAFA 2013 participants but also to other scientists worldwide interested in advanced food analysis to meet and discuss with RAFA experts challenges and trends in their field.

Four topics have been identified that, after their short introduction, will be open for discussion. Webcast followers are invited to raise questions / propose issues for webcast session.

TOPICS to be addressed:

  • Analysis of regulated compounds related to food safety area
  • Analysis of compounds identified by European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as emerging risks
  • Analytical strategies to tackle fraud in the food chain
